Terms of use of AzureFilm online store (azurefilm.com) have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of GZS and international codes for e-business, with the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1) and the Law on electronic communications (ZEKom-1). By using this website, the visitor (customer) agrees with the general terms and conditions. The visitor, who will enter any information, is obliged to enter only accurate and truthful data, information, materials, etc. Inaccurate and untrue information will be treated as abusive, and we will hand it over to the relevant legal department. The data obtained through the online forms and when ordering will be used only for the purposes of the AzureFilm d.o.o. company.

By entering the e-mail, the visitor becomes a guest of AzureFilm and begins to receive information about promotions and new products. Instruction to unsubscribe from receiving advertisements will be prominently presented, and his request to unsubscribe will be explicitly respected.

ORDERS

The offer of items online can be changed daily, all the items online have online prices. You can order the desired items electronically via the online catalog or using a purchase order via email: info@azurefilm.com or over the phone on the basis of the price list. Information about the contract or about the order are stored in the AzureFilm d.o.o. 3D printers and filaments company. The contract may be concluded in the Slovenian language. You can conclude the contract or the order by phone, email or online through the online store. Corrections or additions to the contract can be sent by e-mail or telephone within two hours since you order is placed.

STEPS OF PURCHASE

The visitor of the online store needs to register as a user before placing an order. After registration, the user can start the ordering process.

Steps of ordering:

Step 1: Choose the amount of products. If you are ordering a 3D filament, you must also choose the diameter of the 3D filament (1,75mm or 2,85mm)

Step 2: Choose the payment method and the delivery.

Step 3: There is a list of all the items you want to order and the total amount of the purchase. The client confirms that he is aware of the conditions of ordering, otherwise it is not possible to complete the order. In this step, you can complete the order.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery of goods takes 2-4 working days. AzureFilm d.o.o. company packs and dispatches goods with an original invoice within this time limit.

RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) you can return your ordered items, purchased under a distance contract (which includes purchases via the Internet), without giving a reason. If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you have the right to inform us about your withdrawal, within 14 days. In this case, you must return the items that you have received immediately and no later than 30 days after notification of withdrawal.

Warranty and a clerical error are valid only on presentation of the original invoice of authorized person – car mechanic, from which it is clear that the part was professionally installed. If you claim a clerical error, it is desirable to attach an application form for a clerical error to the documentation, which you can get on our website. The buyer who withdraws from the contract or from the order, must return ordered items undamaged in the original packaging and in the same quantity and send it to the seller. Shipments with ransom will not be accepted. Before any varnishing / installation / setup check the suitability of the goods! The return of assembled or varnished items is not possible!

For sales contracts, the company can withhold the refund of received payments until the acceptance of the returned goods, or until the customer provides evidence that has returned the goods, unless the company itself accepts the goods. (In accordance with paragraph 5. Article 43d. article ZVPot). The customer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods, if the reduction in value results from the handling, which is not necessarily to identify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. (In accordance with paragraph 9. article 43 ZVPot)

INVOICING, PAYMENT FOR GOODS

AzureFilm l.l.c. company issues an invoice for the ordered goods on delivery of the goods. The buyer pays ordered goods in stock on delivery (COD). Larger orders of legal entities (by quantitative and by value) can be contracted, payment must be made directly to the bank account of AzureFilm company. Ordered goods are owned by AzureFilm d.o.o. until the full purchase price is paid.

ORDER CANCELLATION

A user can cancel the order within 2 hours after placing the order via email or telephone.

WARRANTY

Items are warranted if that is stated on the warranty certificate or on the invoice. This warranty is valid by following the instructions on the warranty certificate and with submission of the invoice. The warranty periods are listed in the warranty certificates. A manufacturer is obliged to perform warranty service within 45 days of receipt of goods, otherwise he must replace the product with another equivalent flawless product.

The buyer can claim the warranty by the seller, with the same provisions of the preceding paragraph. Forwarding of goods under the warranty must be carried out in accordance with the conditions set by the manufacturer listed on the warranty; the customer has no costs in that case. The manufacturer is required by law to provide the buyer with flawless operation of the purchased goods. The buyer can claim the warranty directly at the manufacturer or at his authorized service center. The buyer can claim the warranty with the warranty certificate and with the invoice of the seller.

INFORMATION

You review our website anonymously. We don’t collect any personal information. You voluntarily share your personal information such as name, postal address, email address and phone number when registering at our online store for correspondence, purchase or participating in online surveys, etc. The AzureFilm d.o.o. company may retain electronic messages which you have sent to the online store AzureFilm 3D printers and filaments (info@azurefilm.com), send them to the maintainer of the website or to our other colleagues involved in the online store. They are used but only for internal use of AzureFilm d.o.o. company and for continually improvement of work throughout the company.

ARCHIVES OF DOCUMENT

We will send an e-mailed order confirmation for all of your orders. You will receive an invoice with the delivery of the shipment. All documents (records of purchases, orders, invoices, claims) are stored in the AzureFilm d.o.o. company , Orleška cesta 16, 6210 Sežana. Registered customer can request the copies of the documents, which he will receive by e-mail or by regular mail. You can also see them in user interface.
