Unlike glass, Plexiglas is also lighter, does not shatter as easily, is flexible and easy to shape. They are protected on both sides by a PVC film. The structure of the material is extremely clean. The material is strong, has excellent thermal insulation properties, does not age and does not yellow.

Plexiglas sheets lite are available in 1500mm x 3000mm. Satin plexiglass panels are also available and are widely used in combination with led lighting in interior furnishing. 

Compared to extruded acrylic sheets, moulded plexiglass sheets are more UV-resistant and, due to the homogeneous density of the material, more suitable for laser cutting. The material structure is extremely pure (97%).
